Chocalate Protein Waffles

4 steps
Prep:5minCook:5min
After having weight Loss Surgery and being on a high protein strict low carb diet. This recipe is a derivative of a waffle recipe found in TASTE SUCCESS Protein Recipe Book from Unjury.com You can purchase the protein powder mentioned in this recipe from unjury.com or your local health food store may have other brands featuring the same flavor or other flavors you may wish to try. I personally prefer Unjury over all other protein powder mixes. Depending on the flavor profile you’re looking for will determine the protein powders you use. **** Tip: You can add shredded mozzarella to the top of the mixture, after pouring it into the waffle maker to create a bit of crust to the top.****
