Ingredients

3bananas
med ripe, can be done with 2 as well
⅓ cupunsweetened applesauce
½ tspbaking soda
1 pinchsalt
¾ cupsugar
1egg
large, beaten
1 tspvanilla
1 ½ cupsall purpose flour
½ cupgolden raisins
optional
½ cupchocolate chips
optional
½ cupnuts
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan.
Step 2
Mash your bananas in a bowl, add your applesauce and stir
Step 3
Add the 1/2 tsp baking soda and pinch of salt, stir.
Step 4
Add the sugar, beaten egg, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir.
Step 5
Add the 1 1/2 cups flour; stir until just combined, then add any optional ingredients and fold in.
Step 6
Pour contents into greased pan and bake for 55-65 minutes. Check after 50 minutes.
