Instructions
Step 1
Wash zucchini and cut into small discs roughly 1/4in
Step 2
Prepare spaghetti as you want or as directed by package
Step 3
Heat up pan of choice with a large drizzle of oil to just cover bottom and begin placing discs into pan not crowding too much and fry for 3-4 mins seasoning with garlic salt flipping once or untill browned on each side
Step 4
Take out in batches placing directly into small bowl or sealable container and season with more garlic salt to taste
Step 5
Optional if you wanna use fresh garlic cut into slices and fry and take out out when fully browned seasin as normal with salt
Step 6
Serve with finished pasta and leftover oil and Parm with zucchini
