diced
1 cuponion
minced
¾ cupsgolden raisins
2 cupsbrown sugar
1 ½ cupsapple cider vinegar
1zest of lemon
2 tkosher salt
1 tcinnamon
2 tginger
freshly grated
½ tmustard seeds
½ tground cloves
½ tred chili flakes
Makes 3 half pints

Makes 3 half pints

Combine all in a large, wide non-reactive pot. Place over high heat and bring to a boil (about 8 minutes). Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring regularly.
