Buffalo Chicken Calzone

This is an easy recipe to make a buffalo chicken calzone with a crockpot. I air fried mine at the end but you could bake it as well!

Instructions

Step 1
Spray or line your crockpot
Step 2
Add chicken to your crockpot
Step 3
Season chicken and top with cream cheese and buffalo sauce

Put the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours

Once chicken is done, shred. I use a hand mixer to shred the chicken and mix everything together

Put your pizza dough down on parchment paper, flatten it out, and cut in half. It’s easiest to put flour down on the parchment paper first

Add mozzarella to half of each pizza dough slice

Add buffalo chicken mixture
Step 9
Fold pizza dough and roll the edges together to keep the mixture in

Melt butter and add ranch seasoning to taste

Spread butter mixture over dough

Air fry at 375, 5 minutes on one side, flip and cook 3-4 minutes on the other side. It could also be baked
