Instructions

Step 1
Boil the TVP to remove bean flavor if needed. Shred it (optional) and shred the mushrooms to create the original meat mix.
Step 2
You can steam the mushrooms in a silicone steamer optionally to get rid of the extra moisture
Step 3
Flavor the fake meat mix with one tsp of paprika powder, soy sauce, nutritional yeast and liquid smoke. Start stirring it in a frying pan to get it as dry as possible.
Step 4
In another pan, add the olive oil, warm it up, and add the garlic and the onion (both sliced), and stir it till the onion is tender. Add the wine and let the alcohol reduce
Step 5
Add the rest of the paprika and the chickpeas. Later, add the fake meat and the broth, and let it cook for 20 minutes until the broth evaporates
Step 6
cut the potatoes in big dices and fry. Add to the previous mix when it gets dry. Mix well and serve
