Instructions
Step 1
Melt Mars bars and butter over a double boiler or in the microwave for 30sec increments stirring between (heat proof bowl placed on top of a saucepan with 3cm of simmering water, don’t let the water touch the bowl)
Step 2
Place Rice Bubbles into a mixing bowl before pouring melted mars bar mix over the top
Step 3
Line a baking tray with paper (spray some oil down before the paper helps it stick and not move)
Step 4
Put Rice Bubble/mars bar mix into the lined tray and smooth it out with a rubber spatula and place in the fridge for 20 mins to set
Step 5
Melt chocolate and copha over double boiler/in microwave and pour over set Rice Bubble mixture then place in the fridge to set for a further 20 mins
