Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, add biscuits, cocoa, icing sugar and mix for about 45 seconds or until you form a powder.
Step 2
Add your powder into a bowl with melted butter and milk and mix everything with your hands until you form a smooth mixture.
Step 3
Tip the chocolate mixture out in the middle of a cling film sheet, roll it out and mould it into a salame shape.
Step 4
Rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours then slice it into 10 pieces.
Step 5
In the meantime, in a bowl add dark chocolate and milk chocolate and melt in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
Step 6
Dip your chocolate slices halfway then decorate with some chocolate sprinkles on top. Buon appetito!
