Instructions

Step 1
Chop chillies, shallots and garlic small.
Step 2
Add oil to the pan with all the chopped ingredients and heat to medium low. Let it simmer for 20-30min, until golden-brown.
Step 3
Remove from heat and strain the oil in a separate container. Allow strained bits to crisp up for additional 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rest of ingredients into the oil. Remove star anise and cinnamon from the crispy parts and mix it in the oil.
Step 5
Cover abd refrigerate. Keeps in fridge for 1 month.
