Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Line sm. cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In med. mixing bowl, stir butter & sugar together until creamed. Add egg & vanilla; mix.
Step 3
Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, & cream of tarter; stir until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Place dough in center of prepared cookie sheet; sprinkle with sprinkles.
Step 5
Bake (13-15 min.) until the edges are browned.
Step 6
Cool completely on a wire rack.
