Hi yall wanted to posted this for 4th of July. Very easy sauce recipe to make and perfect for any type of seafood or on your protein of choice. This version is a little different from my prior sauce video as you use toasted rice in it. It is usually paired with Crying Tiger Steak. Absolutely love this recipe!!

Instructions
Step 1
Toast rice until nice and golden
Step 2
In a pestle and mortar add the toasted rice and grind to a powder
Step 3
Add in palm sugar and garlic and pound to a paste
Step 4
Add in chopped chilis and continue to pound into a paste
Step 5
Add in fish sauce, water, lemon or lime juice and mix well to dissolve sugar
Step 6
Add in shopped shallots and chopped cilantro
