Zingy wings
A great way to make chicken wings the star of the show, instead of just a side. Wings are great value for money and they’re super tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

1kgchicken wings
2 Tbspchicken seasoning
such as New York Style Buffalo Seasoning or Fajita Seasoning
2 Tbspvegetable oil
For the curry dip

Instructions
Step 1
Whack the oven on at 180C.
Step 2
Place the chicken wings into a large bowl and add the seasoning and vegetable oil. Using your hands, toss it all together to coat the wings in the seasoning and oil. Tip the wings onto a large baking tray, so they sit in one layer. Cook in the hot oven for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, make the dip. Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl until combined.
Step 4
Next, prepare the veg sticks by cutting the cucumber and carrots into sticks about the size of your finger
Step 5
Once the wings are cooked, pop them onto plates alongside the veg sticks and dip to serve. Dig in!
