Step 1
Slice the tofu enough to have a crunch feeling on the outside after frying. Once done frying into medium heat, cut into squares.
Step 2
On the sizzling plate on medium heat, sauté the onion. Then, add the tofu.
Step 3
Pour the soy sauce. Next, add in some salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside. Top with calamansi and red chili.
Step 4
Put in the mayonnaise in a zigzag direction. If the mayonnaise container isn't pointed, pour some into a plastic, cut the corner and do the same.
Step 5
Serve hot.
