peanut tempeh lettuce wraps

Step 1
cut up the tempeh into small + thin pieces (helps get nice and golden!)
Step 2
2.) add to a pan with a little spray oil and cook for a few minutes on medium heat until begins to brown.

3.) add in bell peppers and the sauce

4.) cook until everything looks golden
Step 5
5.) add into the lettuce with some peanuts, roll up, and enjoy!!
