Instructions

Step 1
Add cooked ground sirloin, tomatoes, zucchini/squash, minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and chicken broth to a pot or crockpot.
Step 2
Simmer on medium heat at least 30 mins or until zucchini is cooked.
Step 3
Mix ricotta in a separate bowl with the optional condiments of garlic powder & salt.
Step 4
Separate soup into four bowls, drop 1/4 of the ricotta into the center of each bowl.
Step 5
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Parmesan cheese on each bowl and cover each with 1 oz of mozzarella.
Step 6
Broil on high for 2-6 mins or until cheese is lightly brown.
