Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 3
Separate the wonton strips and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Coat them lightly with cooking spray.
Step 5
Bake for 3 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Step 6
Remove and set aside.
Step 7
In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, hoisin sauce, canola oil, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red-pepper flakes until blended.
Step 8
Add the greens, sprouts, chicken, carrot, scallions, and reserved wonton strips.
Step 9
Toss gently to mix and serve immediately.
