½ cuprice wine vinegar
2 clovesgarlic

1 Tbspginger

2 tspsugar

½ tspreduced sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
To make the vinaigrette, whisk together the vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Divide this dressing into four (32-oz) wide mouth glass jars with lids.
Step 2
Top with green onions, sesame seeds, carrots, cucumber, cabbage, kale, and chicken. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Store the wonton strips separately.
Step 3
To serve, shake contents of a jar and add the wonton strips. Serve immediately.
