Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the Wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Step 2
In a larger bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. If needed, place whole, roasted almonds in a plastic bag and crush them. Add the wet ingredients, and using a spatula, mix and mash the ingredients until powder is NO longer visible. This will be difficult and it will probably take about 5 minutes. Once mixed, dampen your hands with a little water, then massage the ingredients, ensure the mixture has evenly distributed the ingredients.
Step 3
Once mixed, dampen your hands with a little water, then massage the ingredients, ensure the mixture has evenly distributed the ingredients, then packed everything tightly together. It should be dense and somewhat sticky.
Step 4
Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to carve out equal sized amounts and roll them into a ball. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for longer whenever you want a sweet treat!
