Matfenya lobeeka kesk Green bean stew with chicken
Today for dinner I made green bean stew with chicken breast instead of red meat like lamb or beef. I like adding chicken sometimes my kids love it, it’s nice to change it up a little bit and it’s delicious. You can also make the stew meatless.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Put a pot on high heat, add in olive oil and let the oil get hot then add in the chicken breast cubes. Let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
2. To the chicken add in the garlic, onion and jalapeños give it a mix, let it cook for a couple of minutes. Then add in the tomatoes and green beans and give it a good mix again.
Step 3
3. Next add in the tomato paste and mix the tomato paste in really well. Then add in the seasonings chicken bouillon, black pepper and salt.
Step 4
4. Lastly add in the chicken broth or vegetable broth, mix really well cover and let it cook on high heat for about 20 minutes until the chicken and green beans are cooked and the stew thickens up and enjoy with white rice.
