Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 F
Clean the mushrooms and pull stems out.
Trim stems
Slice shallot thinly
Fry stems, shallots and garlic 5 minutes in the air fryer basket, remove from fryer Decrease fryer temperature to 325 F
Cool veggies slightly then mince and transfer to a small bowl
Add bread crumbs, oil, and cheese, mix well Add crab and mix with fingers so crab chunks do not break up
Stuff mushrooms and place them in the fryer basket with space between them for even cooking Air fry for 12 minutes, then remove from basket with tongs onto a serving plate
