Banana ice cream was an Internet trend for a reason: it tastes really good, is a super customizable base, and is much healthier than traditional ice cream. Without added sugar or heavy cream, banana ice cream tastes and feels just like real ice cream, and can be made in 5 minutes.

Step 1
Break/cut up the banas into pieces. Doesn’t need to be that small. Freeze overnight

The next day, blend them in a food processor until smooth, and has the texture of ice cream

Mint Chocolate: 1 banana, 140 g mango, ~4 drops mint extract, 10 g cocoa powder.

Peanut Butter Chocolate: 2 bananas, 1 tbsp (16 g) peanut butter, 2 tbsp (10 g) cocoa powder, 2 tbsp (13 g) pb2
