Step 1
Pre-heat oven at 180'F
Step 2
Mix together: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup honey, 2 cups raising flour, 1.5 lemons, 0.5 zest of lemon, 1 cup of greek yoghurt
Step 3
Add preparation to a cake mold of your choice
Step 4
Bake for about 30-40mins, until golden
Step 5
Mix together: 1/2 cup icing sweetener, 1 tbs lemon juice, 2 tsp milk
Step 6
Pour the icing on top of the cooled down cake
