Instructions
Step 1
In saucepan over med.-high, heat toasted sesame oil; add scallion, garlic & red pepper flakes. Lower heat to med.; continue stirring (3–5 min.) until garlic starts browning.
Step 2
Increase heat to high; stir in Soy Sauce, Vinegar, & water, bringing to boil.
Step 3
Add dark brown sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
Lower heat to low; cook (10 min.), stirring often.
Step 5
Makes about 3C. (Sauce can be refrigerated in air-tight container for several days).
