For the batter

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, flour and milk. Add a pinch salt. Place in the fridge for 20 mins.
Step 2
Whilst the batter refrigerates put the oil in an oven proof dish and space out the sausages in the dish. Give the sausages a prick and cook at 180 for 29 mins.
Step 3
Remove the sausages for the oven, they should be nicely coloured. Space them out in the tray and pour over the batter.
Step 4
Place back in the oven for 30 minutes. Do not open the door. If you prefer your Yorkshire pudding crispier give it longer in the oven.
Step 5
Portion out and serve with mash potato and minted peas.
