Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut leeks into rings. Roughly dice potatoes. Melt butter in pan with thyme. Cover and cook til softened. Add potatoes w enough water to cover the vegetables. Re-cover veggies and cook for 30 minutes. Pour in milk and season w salt and pepper.
