Through the winter jarred salsa is great but in the summer when fresh ripe tomatoes are bountiful I make this salsa as often as I can. The flavour is summer on a chip.

Step 1
Roughly chop tomatoes
Step 2
Place all salsa ingredients into a food processor and pulse to chop until the salsa is fine but not pureed.
Step 3
Taste the salsa, if it tastes a little flat, bump up the salt.
Step 4
Salsa will keep well for a couple of days in the fridge
