Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 300°F and add cupcake liners to cupcake pans

2. Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together

3. In a different bowl combine egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla

4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry until we’ll combined, careful not to over mix.

5. Add water slowly, mixing until combined. Batter will look thin but it’s okay!
Step 6
6. Fill the cupcake liners about 1/2 way
Step 7
7. Bake 19-24 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
Step 8
8. Remove from oven and let cool In pans for 5 minutes before removing and placing on cooling rack
