Instructions

Step 1
In large bowl, cream sugar and butter with mixer.

Add egg, water, vanilla, asalt and cinnamon and blend well.

Add flour and mix at low speed until combined.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line sheet with parchment.

Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface (I used white rice flour).

Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.

Bake 10-12 minutes (watch close so they don't burn)

Let cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet.

Frost when completely cool.
