Instructions

Step 1
Peel & Chop your Yam in to small pyramid like pieces. Then thoroughly wash with cold water then add to pot
Step 2
After that peel & chop your Plantain then add to pot. When you’ve done that add some cold filtered water and boil on high heat. (PAY ATTENTION BECAUSE IT WILL BUBBLE UP).
Step 3
(If you wanted to add salt now is the time to add it).
Step 4
Now start mash in the pot till you get a smooth, heavy, soft consistency 😉
Step 5
When it cools down add FuFu to plastic bag and spin till it’s tight like a ball. Then add to plate with some Supa Kanja & enjoy 😊. ADD A LITTLE LOVE ❤️
