Instructions

Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients together and place chuck roast into marinade.
Step 2
Add chuck roast and marinade into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or 4 on high.
Step 3
Shred meat and allow to sit in marinade an hour if possible.
Step 4
Serve on tortilla shells with avocado, red cabbage and any other toppings you’d like!
