Instructions
Step 1
Trim fat from meat; rub seasoning mix ever both sides of the meat.
Step 2
Place meat in slow cooker coated with cooking spray; add onion, vinegar, and green chilies.
Step 3
Cover with lid; cook on low heat form 9 hours.
Step 4
Remove meat from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
Step 5
Put meat back in the slow cooker and stir well.
Step 6
Warm beans and tortillas. Top with cheese, sour cream, tomato, etc.
