Instructions
Step 1
Slice the potato about quarter inch thick pieces. After that, cut them in half again. Then after cutting them in half, cut them into cubs.

spray a pan with nonstick spray and cook the potatoes first. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.

After a couple of minutes the potatoes will start to crisp up. The bacon should start to brown. After you flip the bacon cut the sausage in half and start to cook that with the bacon.

Add the egg whites to another pan and season to taste. Cook until almost done. Then put the cheese and green in the middle. Very gently fold over the egg whites over the cheese and greens. Flip it off the pan into the plate
