Instructions
Step 1
In crock pot, empty one jar of the four cheese alfredo sauce. Then empty 1/2 bag of tortellini. Sprinkle the 1 tsp of garlic powder. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella over the top. Empty the jar of roasted garlic alfredo sauce. Now the rest of the tortellini, followed by the remainder of the cheese and the last jar of sauce. Cover and cook on high for one hour.
Step 2
While the pasta cooks, time for the chicken. Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop. When the oil is hot, add in the chicken. Season the chicken with half of the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 4-6 minutes until bottom begins to brown, then flip and season again and cook 4-6 minutes or until chicken is done and internal temp is 165° F. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes, then cube.
Step 3
Spoon some pasta into a bowl and add chicken on top - dinner is served!
