Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
Step 2
Mix in cornmeal and make a well in the centre
Step 3
Combine egg, milk and oil, then stir into dry ingredients
Step 4
Pour into a greased 8” square pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 375F
Step 5
Cut into squares when done
