Instructions

Step 1
Peel banana and trim to desired length
Step 2
Remove soft flesh from inside of the peel
Step 3
Combine all other ingredients and marinate banana peels for 4-5 hours (vacuum seal optional)
Step 4
Place peels on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350° for 15 minutes
Step 5
Meanwhile take marinade and reduce to a thicker consistency
Step 6
Brush marinade reduction onto peels after 15 minutes on both sides then bake another 5 minutes or so
Step 7
Let fully cool and enjoy
