Step 1
1. Get out your frying pan and add a dash of oil into it. Bring it up to medium/high heat. Chuck in the beef mince, paprika, garlic (crush or finely chop it) and the cajun seasoning. Give it all a good mix and make sure your beef mince is broken up.

2. After 3/4 minutes your beef mince should be starting to brown. Now it’s time to add in your tomato paste & hot sauce into the pan and stir into your mince.

3. Fry the mince for a further 3/4 minutes and now it should be close to cooked through. In the meantime, chop your coriander and throw it into the pan with the mince.

4. After a final 1/2 more minutes, drop the heat to low and add in your philadelphia & mozzarella. Lightly stir into the mince until you have a creamy filling and turn off the heat.
Step 5
5. Add your filling to your wrap and give it a roll. Add it back in the pan for 30 seconds on each side to crisp up the outer skin of your wrap & then dig in.
