Praline Sweet Potatoes
Yam, sweet potato, whatever… This delicious dish will have you leaving other stuff off that plate just to make room. Slow roasted is the way to go when it comes to this. Brown sugar, bourbon and pecans bring it all together!

Instructions
Step 1
Slow roast potatoes at 300 degrees until soft. This will take 3-4 hours depending on potato size. Once soft let cool and peel.
Step 2
Add 1 stick butter and salt and pepper. Mash up to desired consistency. Spread in greased baking dish.
Step 3
Make topping by melting 2 sticks of butter and combining with remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Spread topping across sweet potatoes. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes until top is browned.
