Instructions

Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Soak woodear for 30min.
Step 2
Fry dried red pepper (cut into small pieces) and peppercorn on medium until fragrant. Put in hotpot seasoning on low. Stir in garlic, green onion (chopped) until fragrant.
Step 3
Add soy milk, 2.5 cups water, chicken flavoring and bring to boil. Simmer for 10min.
Step 4
Add ingredients according to cooking time.
Step 5
Take out and put into bowl when done. Garnish with garlic water (minced garlic and 2tbp water), sesame sauce (diluted with hot water into thick cream texture), and red pepper oil.
