Instructions
Step 1
in a shallow pot, add the spam, tofu, green onions, rice cakes, kimchi, enoki mushrooms, seasoning sauce, and broth
Step 2
simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the ramen noodles.
Step 3
cook for another 5 minutes, top with american cheese and enjoy.
