Instructions
Veggie Filling
Step 1
Slice the onion, zucchini and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add onions and fry for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Now add the zucchini and bell pepper. Fry for another 2minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic, olives and seasoning. Fry for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Add the kritharaki and canned tomatoes. Mix until well combined and let it simmer for about 5min at medium heat.
Wrap
Step 6
Top the front center of the tortilla wrap with the veggie filling.
Step 7
Crumble the feta cheese over it.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
