Zucchini slices
Feta cream cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Cut your zucchini into thin slices, sprinkle on them some salt then pepper and italian seasoning, airfry or bake at 355°C/180° for 15 minutes
Step 2
In the meantime make the feta cream cheese by just mixing feta with cream cheese using a food processor (to whip it) or a fork
Step 3
Assemble your sandwich. Spread 1/4 of the feta spread on each slice of bread, layer half of the zucchini on one slice and half on the other, then close the sandwich and cut diagonally into triangles
