Instructions

Step 1
Add the beef stock in the cup of hot water to let it dissolve.
Step 2
Cut onion and tomato in half or quarters and pan sear with the beef. Add butter once the steak is fully seared, make sure butter fully melts.
Step 3
Add content of frying pan in slow cooker
Step 4
Add the beef stock water to the pan and mix with the juices from the fried beef, add the bay leaves and bring to a light boil. Empty contents into slow cooker and mix through.
Step 5
Add everything in slow cooker.
Step 6
Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
