Ingredients
4 servings
For the Cajun honey butter sauce
6 tablespoonsbutter
salted, room temperature
3 tablespoonshoney
2 teaspoonsonion powder
2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
2 teaspoonsdried italian seasoning
2 teaspoonssmoked paprika
1 teaspooncoarse black pepper
1 teaspooncayenne pepper
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
Egg wash
Dredge
Instructions
Step 1
Mix beer and egg wash
Step 2
Soak shrimp for 5 min
Step 3
Melt butter over low heat
Step 4
Add all seasoning and cook for 5 min
Step 5
Add panko, cornstarch and bbq rub into a bowl and mix dredge
Step 6
Coat shrimp in dredge then fry till golden brown.
Step 7
Once all shrimp is cooked smother them in that Cajun honey butter and enjoy
