Hey guys!
Here’s my super easy version of vegan crab boil that even the most amateur cook can create. Don’t let easy get confused with being flavorless.

Step 1
Add 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning to the vegan shrimp and mix well. Add olive oil and 1/4 cup of vegan butter to a hot pan. Sear the shrimp if possible but allow to cook for 10 mins.
Step 2
Add potatoes, corn, and shrimp to an aluminum pan. Add 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning and 2 tbsp of vegan butter and mix well. Cover with aluminum foil and cook on 425 for 50 mins.
Step 3
In the meantime mix remaining butter with Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, hot sauce, and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 mins.
Step 4
Remove pan from the oven and immediately pour butter sauce on top of the krab boil. Squeeze the lemon juice all over and mix
Step 5
Garnish other green onion and tarragon
