Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and place liners into a 12-cup muffin tin.

Start off making the crumble topping by combining sugars, cinnamon, salt and melted butter.

Spread the crumble mixture out onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and set aside to dry.

Then in a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until combined

Pour the liquid mixture over dry mixture and mix until combined

Spoon batter into the muffin pan, filling each muffin only 3/4 of the way full.
