Step 1
Cut the halloumi into 16 even sized pieces.
Step 2
Cut the rashers of bacon in half and wrap each piece of halloumi
Step 3
Bake at 220C for 20 mins
Step 4
Meanwhile mix the oil, honey and mustard to make the glaze
Step 5
Brush all over the halloumi pieces and the bake for a further 5 minutes
