2 x 15 ouncecans of black beans
drained

1 x 14.5 ouncecan of corn
drained

1 x 14.5 ouncecan of petite diced tomatoes
drained
1 x 10 ouncecan of tomatoes and green chilis
drained

½ cupgreen bell pepper
finely chopped

1 cupcucumber
diced, seeds removed

½ cupblack olives
chopped, optional

½ cupfresh cilantro
chopped

1 packetsalad dressing mix

½ cupvegetable oil

¼ cupapple cider vinegar

2 tablespoonswater
Instructions
Step 1
Pour all canned vegetables into a colander and drain. Pour all vegetables in a large bowl. Pour homemade salad dressing over vegetables and stir to mix well. Place in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
