Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9x13 with olive oil. Spread hashbrowns in bottom of pan.
Step 2
Put ham and vegetables on top of hashbrowns. Mix eggs and milk then pour over top. Top with shredded cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
