Step 1
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, except for the pats of butter. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Now add pats of butter to the top of casserole.
Cover with tin foil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Carefully lift foil and stir. Cover and bake for 15 more minutes. You can remove foil after 1 hour and cook a little longer uncovered for a dryer casserole.
