Ingredients

Brown Sugar Rib Rub
½ cupbrown sugar
½ tspcoarse kosher salt
½ tspchipotle powder
½ tspsmoked paprika
½ tsponion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
¼ tspcumin
Sticky Asian Sauce
½ cupsoya sauce
⅓ cupbrown sugar
¼ cuphoney
1 Tbsprice wine vinegar
1 Tbspfresh ginger
grated
2 tspsesame oil
2cloves garlic
minced
¼ tspcrushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Step 2
On the back of the ribs, score the white membrane in a one inch diagonal pattern using a sharp knife.
Step 3
Stir the brown sugar rub together in small bowl. Pat the rub mixture over the front and back of ribs.
Step 4
Place the ribs meat side up on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with foil or parchment. Cover tightly with foil.
Step 5
Bake the covered ribs for 2-2.5 hours. Test for tenderness and if the meat is easily pulling from bone. Cook for an additional half hour if needed.
Step 6
Place the sticky Asian sauce ingredients in a small pan. Bring to low boil and simmer 5 minutes. Let sauce cool to thicken.
Step 7
When ribs tender remove foil.
Step 8
Turn the oven to broil. Brush the ribs with Sticky Asian Sauce. Broil 2-3 minutes and then brush again. Broil another 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
Step 9
Garnish with any leftover sauce, sesame seeds, and sliced green onions.
